Wire Dog Stories were started by a little nine year old girl named Ellen. She wanted a dog more than just about anything but her parents wouldn’t let her have one so one day she made a little dog out of wire and began to have all kinds of imaginary adventures. Her father said that they should write down some her adventures and so they did.
